No! SACPCMP is very clear about the recent four (4) years requirement. Based on your experience record, you qualify for PrCPM if you have at least 5 to 7 years construction management experience.
“Yes, you do qualify, but you must be able to prove that you’ve been in the built environment for a period of 10 years at least. So, your 10 years must be aligned to construction as either performing CPM or CM work.

No! In this case, you need at least 12 to 24 months of exposure in stages 1 to 4 in order to qualify. Ideally, you need to at least manage projects as a Principal Consultant (stages 1 to 4) and Principal Agent (Stages 5 to 6) for 24 months.
If you meet the minimum CPM/CM experience requirements of 5 to 7 years, then you don’t have to be a candidate. The 5 years experience, applies to candidates with 5 years post 4 year Built Environment degree, whereas the 7 years, applies to candidates with 7 years post Build Environment qualification.

Yes, we do have a package for professional interview preparation. We prepare questions for you in line with your submission.
The assessment is based on experience and not necessarily number of projects. For instance, you need to prove that within the past 4 years, you were adding value in projects. So, the experience required is 4 years, but it is advisable to demonstrate up to 10 years where possible so that you can give the assessors confidence.
The mentor requirement is only applicable in cases where the candidate is registered as a candidate CPM/CM. If you are submitting as a noncandidate, then you don’t need a mentor.
No! SACPCMP and ECSA outcomes are different, you need to follow the SACPCMP guidelines and use their prescribed form and templates.
This depends on experience, if you meet the RPL route requirements (10 years proven experience), then you stand better chances of being accepted by the council.
Yes you do! But you need to demonstrate how you managed the project taking into consideration other disciplines that were applicable in the scope. Its possible that the main scope might be mechanical, but there might be civil, geotechnical, electrical elements. So, you need to demonstrate how you managed integrated the scope taking all the disciplines into consideration.
